Description
Niva is cheese with blue mould inside. It is made out of cow mild. It is an imitation of French sheep cheese. It consists: 50 % dry matter, 50 % fat in the dry matter, 5 % salt, 1,5 % sugar. Its energy is 1500 kJ.
